SozdavAI AI service rules

Edition of 22 September 2026

These Rules apply to all use of SozdavAI generations. They sit alongside the Offer and the law.

The User is responsible for Requests and for Results they publish or sell. Do not generate or upload content that is illegal in the Russian Federation, sexual content involving minors, extremist or terrorist materials, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Do not try to bypass safety filters, overload the Service, share account access for resale, or misrepresent Results as human-made where the law or a platform requires disclosure of AI origin.

Character likeness, brands and copyrighted works may be used only if the User has the rights. Commercial use of a Result may also depend on the terms of the specific AI model shown in the interface.

The Provider may refuse, stop or delete a Generation that breaks these Rules, and may suspend the account. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to termination without refund of spent Credits.
