Refund and credits policy

This Policy explains when money and Credits can be returned for SozdavAI. Credits are an internal accounting unit, not cash.

As a rule, payment for a Plan or Credit pack is not refunded after Credits have been used for Generation. Unused prepaid Credits may be refunded on a reasoned request if the Service was unavailable for reasons solely on the Provider’s side and the unused volume can be calculated, or if mandatory consumer law requires it.

No refund is due if the User is unhappy with the creative quality of a Result, chose the wrong model or settings, violated the Offer or AI rules, or already spent the Credits.

Requests go to support@sozdavai.com from the account email, with the payment date, amount and reason. The Provider reviews the request within a reasonable time and, if approved, returns funds by the original payment method where possible.

Free Credits granted on registration are not paid out in cash.
