Personal data processing policy

This Policy explains how SozdavAI processes and protects personal data. The operator is Iskender Abdullayev, Regensburgerstrasse 342c, 90480 Nürnberg, Germany. Contact: support@sozdavai.com.

Legal bases include consent, contract performance, the operator’s legitimate interests (security and operation of the Service) and Russian law, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006.

We may process account data (name, email, password hash, consent marks); project and brand descriptions; content you upload or create; technical data (IP, browser, cookies, session IDs); usage and billing data; data from social login (Yandex, Mail.ru, VK, and Google when offered); and tokens of connected publishing platforms if you connect them.

Purposes: registration and access; generation and publishing; sending requests to AI providers; credits and plans; support, security and improvement; legal duties; service notices; marketing only with a separate consent.

We do not sell personal data. Transfer is limited to hosting, payment providers, AI providers (including OpenRouter and related models), social platforms you connect, and public authorities on a lawful request. Some AI providers are outside Russia; see the cross-border transfer notice.

Data are stored no longer than needed for the purposes and the law. You may request access, correction, restriction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by writing to support. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed.

We use organisational and technical measures to protect data. The Service is not intended for children under 18 without a lawful representative.

Cookies are described in the cookie policy. The official language of this Policy is Russian.
